This one provided by Support and may fix your issue like our team members.

  1. Close all game-related apps. Shut down EA SPORTS FC 26, the EA App, and Steam (if applicable).

  2. Delete the game's local cache. Go to C:\Users[YOUR_PC_NAME]\AppData\Local and delete the EA SPORTS FC 26 folder. You may need to show hidden files to find the AppData folder.

  3. Verify game files.
On Steam: Right-click the game in your Library, go to Properties > Local Files, and click Verify integrity of game files.
On the EA App: Click on Manage for EA SPORTS FC 26 and select Repair.

  4. Re-launch the game. Open the EA App, then Steam (if applicable), and launch FC 26.

  5. Re-enable Cross-play. Go to Online Settings and turn Cross-play OFF, enter a game mode like Rivals, then switch Cross-play back ON before starting your match.
