before the patch the game was overall good. the only problems were

1. Corners and kickoffs were overpowered.

2. Attacking players had more options than defenders.

The jockey buff seemed like the right fix, but the decision to buff the defensive AI as well has really hurt the experience. Now the game feels like FC 25 all over again — except there’s no speed boost to break through defenders.

It takes a hundred passes just to get through the AI defense, and even when it works, my attack often ends with a block or getting bodied by a defender sprinting back. The AI has become so strong that most players don’t even control their defenders anymore — they just run with their CDM.

My suggestions:

-Make manual interceptions more effective.

-Keep the jockey buff as it is — it was a good change.

-reduce defenders ai.

-increase responsiveness when switching to defenders, why when someone makes a through to Claudia pina my defenders always feel like a truck

Especially the second last point, AWFUL how I'm punished for being aggressive, something I always did in every FC/FIFA

Always tracking the pass before it happened, this year u can track it, yet your player slows down for no reason, it's awful

Also the right stick to change the selected player, feels incredibly inconsistent

I know, but if my experience with fc25 repeats — which is spending two hours just passing the ball around trying to find a chance to shoot — I’m literally deleting FC26.
I’m not going through that pain again.

This does feel closer to fc25 right now. But it's because of the ai.

Until that's gone we don't actually know how much the dribbling needs to be improved.

Fidget sppining is still way too op and unrealistic. Defending against that is still impossible as it has been nerfed to the ground.

Now nxt step is finding a way to nerf the fidget spinners so that defenders have a fair n equal opportunity.

Dribbling is still op and the defense is unable to keep up.
Current state only streamers n sweats keep abusing the left stick mechanic and others is interested to play.
