We bought FC26 before update now it’s another game (report for bad gameplay)

We want revert update, and we ask before update to fix corners and kick off glitch just that , not to make Ai defenders like superman they know every pass i want to play they now have It’s as if they have an aura surrounding them every time I try to make a ground or through pass, they somehow anticipate it and automatically cut off the passing lane. There’s no real skill involved in the game anymore.

And when my striker is ready to receive the pass with the defender behind his back, something strange happens the AI defender magically intercepts the ball from behind. There’s no realism at all; even Van Dijk couldn’t do that in real life.

Now let’s talk about another issue passing. What happened to it? When I try to pass to my right winger, and there’s a teammate between us, I press the pass button with enough power for the long distance yet the game deliberately passes to the closer player instead. This problem didn’t exist before.

Another issue with passing: when my player is next to an opponent and I try to pass to him, my player intentionally passes to the opponent, as if it’s a pre-written scenario “if you play this way, this will happen.”

This design and style of gameplay have made us lose the identity of football. Everything now feels scripted. They don’t give us room to be creative or to invent our own ways to build and score goals the way we imagine them. We play the game for fun, to make imagination feel real, not to follow a fixed scenario written by the company.

Now about attacking it used to be excellent, at its best. Why did you change it? There’s no balance anymore. The gameplay has become too defensive and not fun. Why should I even play? Why did I pay money for a game that turned into something else?

You should bring back the old attacking system and restore the old defending mechanics. The old defense was fun and manual if you mastered it, you could win the ball; if you couldn’t, you didn’t deserve to reach the top divisions.

Fidget sppining is still way too op and unrealistic. Defending against that is still impossible as it has been nerfed to the ground.

Now nxt step is finding a way to nerf the fidget spinners so that defenders have a fair n equal opportunity.

Dribbling is still op and the defense is unable to keep up.
Current state only streamers n sweats keep abusing the left stick mechanic and others is interested to play.

In the early access the AI did not do as much as it does now and Attacking felt practically free unless you played someone who knew what they were doing. I that version of the game manual defending was not working properly and r1 was honestly a bit too overpowered but not impossible to deal with.

After the first update the defensive AI was made to sit deeper and tighter in order to deal with how easily r1 could go through teams. Now that r1 is in a weaker place the AI needs a nerf in order for us to tell if dribbling needs a buff or not.

The current meta is the way it is because that's the only way to get results. Nerf the AI and the game opens up a bit. No more running around with only cdms and no reason to abuse playstyles or force nonsense goals.

The patch removed an overpowered mechanic. Controlled sprint was never supposed to be that strong. A gameplay producer said that himself.

But I only get the bounce backs when my opponents call the AI closer with r1 or l1 while they still have the ball. Then they let the AI get the ball with second man press.

That's one situation that's been happening since 1.0.2. Most of the other ones have been because tackles just weren't registering properly but they are now in this patch.
