Before the patch, everything was genuinely fun – the gameplay was fast, responsive, you could dribble, pass, be creative, build chances, and actually combine plays. Now it’s slow, the skill gap has been completely removed, chances are rare, and everyone defends the exact same way. I’ve played a lot after the patch and I honestly have no motivation to continue – it has become boring and uninspiring.

I just don’t understand why you didn’t simply patch the kickoff and corner-counter exploits and maybe buff jockeying. I don’t think there has ever been a worse patch. What makes it even more frustrating is that the majority of the community was satisfied and you had such positive feedback. Really poor job, sorry.

Still possible to play the game.

The defensive ai just needs to be nerfed.

If you're still getting scored on from kick offs that might be on you. Short corners do feel a bit scripted though

I haven't conceded more than 3 since the devs made the defense drop back like they do. I've only conceded one during this update but that's because my opponent was just patient and built up well.

Other than that no not really.

Corners and counters however are absolutely ridiculous and should be nerfed in some kind of way.

Great work EA listening to the community and not just the sweats. Good update. A step in the right direction. But pls fix fidget spinners next.
Fidget sppining is still way too op and unrealistic. Defending against that is still impossible as it has been nerfed to the ground.

Now nxt step is finding a way to nerf the fidget spinners so that defenders have a fair n equal opportunity.

Dribbling is still op and the defense is unable to keep up.
Current state only streamers n sweats keep abusing the left stick mechanic and others is interested to play.

@idle escarp exactly I agree with you. Its crazy how EA have messed this up. What's even more crazy so many people happy giving 100 pounds for a game that's now identical to FC 25. Don't worry the casuals will get bored of this gameplay soon enough.

Post patch is bad because people just run around with there cdms and wait for counter.
Learn how to dribble and also learn how to defend its not that hard.
I've beaten r1 abusers because I took the time to learn how to defend its not that hard
