Thanks EA, you managed to keep the game fluid and improve defending it actually resembles a football game now. No more ping pong or double digit scorelines.and please keep it as it is now

Most things are fine, but nerfing R1 was unnecessary. People now sit at the box with the cdm and tackle spam and there is nothing I can do to punish them, because the recovery speed in tackle Spams is just too fast. Its just a park the bus and counter simulator with people jockeying with their cdms and spamming tackle. R1 needs to be closer to pre Patch again, because high divs are hell now and everyone just sits there, abusing the AI and spamming tackles, while you can't punish it quickly enough

Now nxt step is finding a way to nerf the fidget spinners so that defenders have a fair n equal opportunity.

Dribbling is still op and the defense is unable to keep up.
Current state only streamers n sweats keep abusing the left stick mechanic and others is interested to play.

All that needs to be done is a nerf to the defensive AI, it helps too much.

Where it was at during the early access was great and would be a great balance to go along with the nerf to r1

Still got 11-12 wins, like always. Don't worry. The game just is less fun, when opposing AI defenders bully you all the time, ram their elbows into you, step onto your heels.

Posession play is basically dead around the box, because defensive AI is terrorizing you and counters are insanely op, because through balls from the own half are still assisted like crazy

Glitchy Skill Moves and Counters shouldn't be the only option to score tho. This game is a complete nightmare for people right now, that want to play posession around the box now and want to vary the games pace, because as soon as you slow down, the defensive AI will abuse you

it feels that they upped everything in regards to defence just not Jockey. AI defending seems more overpowered, tackle spam is more powerful than ever. EA say they change but they keep changing aspects of the game that people didn't ask for + they are not nailing their patches most of them if not all have been a miss

Great work EA listening to the community and not just the sweats. Good update. A step in the right direction. But pls fix fidget spinners next.
Fidget sppining is still way too op and unrealistic. Defending against that is still impossible as it has been nerfed to the ground.

Ok, for all the people whining about spinning now.
This game was advertised in FUT and Pro Clubs as a fast, Dribbling focused title, thats focused on attacking play and diverse ways of scoring. You got what you bought before the patch. Did I fidget spin myself? No, but turning and moving is needed to create space and R1 is vital to punish tackle spams and poor defensive decisions, now both are useless, attacking runs are trash and passes in posession play are unreliable. The people that actually wanted a game that relies on multiple skillets and not only parking the bus and countering got lied to and screwed over. I did get the same wins as last week, but I had no fun playing, since it was counters only and it sucks.

All the people wanting realistic gameplay always knew what they bought, when they saw the trailer and patch notes, still they acted like they got lied too and forced EA to patch things that made the game a defensive simulator again.

EA now lied to everyone and screwed everyone over, who exactly bought FC and plays UT for what it was advertised, a fast, enjoyable, dynamic game, which now got patched into a slow, low skill gap mess.

Anyone who wants a more realistic gameplay imo shouldn't even complain about the speed of attackers. Defense now got touched too much and it's completely unenjoyable.

Imagine going to a store, buying something, which clearly advertised as that, then whining and crying about it, expecting something else. Its ridiculous.
That said, yeah, kick offs and corners were too op, yes bruiser getting slightly buffed was necessary (Now it's straight up bullying, so please nerf it 5-10%), but in the end, the game 2-3 patches ago was exactly as advertised and now EA are lying to the people who actually bought the game exactly for that.

In the end, everyone who enjoyed the base game before minus the kick offs got lied too. This imo is peak consumer fraud.

If they dont revert this, at least offer everyone who bought the game for what it was a refund.
