Very fair play from EA to fix this crap quick. as much as the defending is still ai boosted they implemented the exact thing we were looking for if this downbad community wanted better defending... I played one game right now and i see how good decision making brings great passing and holding the ball when the AI trys to push you. not exactly the same as before patch but i think this was a right call since half the players cant manage to defend apparently. Ea please dont change anything now...thanks!😃

(to refrace a little) the way you can pass through the defenders now even with the ai is completed with the helping of quick decision making the game lets you do. for example i send my ST behind the line and i pass to him. when you expect the ai to just take over they dont let that happen and instead get good hold of the ball where you can make passes to the wingers or anyone around.

ye just playing right now and i can confirm this is what we needed. very happy with EA decision.. feels like ea didnt even made this update themselves cause its too good to be true lol

the thing about this update is how the game implements on the decisions you made more effectivley. I have not used a single R1 right now and simply passed.

No i get it, cause at the beginning i sucked at defending and improved by being more careful with my tackles and stuff. But R1 was awsome because it wasnt as fast as sprinting but more controlled. I feel like R1 lost its control and speed but more the control part.

Before the patch i was slapping people left snd right and when there was a good player hed win fair and square. But now its just too slow for me (dribbling not passing, passing it great)

oh ye you are right and i also loved it to but as of where we are now this is a very great fix.

here is my theory could be a far stretch but ye: the way its been fixed in here is based on passing than trying to get hazard style dribbling. im definitely seeing very strong helpful passes that prevents the ai defending backline to just push through.

this way not only you going to see pina going bck and fourth but see very intresting plays the other players make
