I can't understand how so many people think it's normal to control only ONE player in a football game and just defend with your attackers or you CDMs, it doesn't make any logic why would you buff jockey speed and AI defending if you make the attacking players unusable, Mbappe feels like Harry Kane and a random defender feels like Maldini

Balanced, I agree. There should be no broken mechanisms. None of the dribbling bs there was before. Nerf tackling and secondary press, and increase the turning circles to eliminate fidget-spinning; the game will be perfect.

There are both sides. Look at this way. With all those stupid cards and all it kinda makes sense for UT to be arcadey. Now, imagine they give us authentic gameplay in seasons, friendlies and clubs… that would lead to a mass migration to those modes which EA clearly can’t afford. Only a minority prefer this competitive mode. The rest who prefers authentic mode, let’s be honest, aren’t in this discord server.
The reason they released the former patch was owing to mass complaints and a huge drop in players. If you want EA to have an authentic mode, you have to push hard for that: stop playing it and complain much about the game mechanisms. If how they had to update it the first time. Ea can’t afford a drop in players.
With Blackops out and CoD being the 2nd highest played game this week. Just join the BF6 discord and let them know how they messed up both and you stopped playing both. Reel players from there to this discord and watch how they give us what we want.

I absolutely get what you’re saying - I just wish the choice was there. My brother bought EA26 on my praise, then we found out we couldn’t play authentic and instead have the basketball-esq 5-4 games instead. Same with battlefield- no choice to have HC as a mode. Not sure why EA are so against choice.
