I was talking to a ea employee and he said to just wait because i even gave him my product code to see if i claimed the game on my account wich did not work anymore because i used it once and he said to js wait so man idk what to do tbf

You can really refund the game on your reseller if you literally alr redeemed the code now you can't redeem it again so no point in refunding, ea has to fix this issue and the ea employee said to js wait

Pc is also getting mad amount of dc who can play and some cant even connect to the servers so pc is js fked rn

Yeah they have to you can contact the seller company but they js gonna say its a ea issue cause they sold you the product and it works

The code does not work anymore i tried it and it says code has been used alr wich is true so you cant be refunded by them if ea dont fix this they can get sued aswell

but anyways i reported the issue too at the site i bought the game from they had a specific option to sumbit a request for it so i did it

if they say its a ea issue im asking ea for some massive compensation when i get my game back bcs its unforgivable i cant even play the game offline its not a server issue they just took the game from us
