Seems to be on defensive transition - one of my centre backs is wider than the full back on his side, leaving a massive gap in the middle of my defence which just gives free goals.

I've had it before, but issues yesterday were with 4-1-4-1, CB on defender+ defend, RB on Wingback Balanced

If the wingback goes forward (which does not happen very often), the CB on his side covers him and opens the middle a little, even on defender / defend. Same for Attacking Wingback and Falseback. Maybe have your second FB (so LB) on Fullback - Defend, then he pushes more in. But if you move your FBs there will be holes, even with 5 atb, which is ironically even worse.

yeah im just gonna use full back on both sides. the wingback doesnt even go forward to cause this to happen, theyre side by side and just swap positions its so dumb
