During my 15th game of champions this weekend my opponent left when the score was 5-2 in my favor. Yet after getting the "Your opponent has forfeited" message my game crashed when I clicked my button to advance. I'm still sure that my opponent was the one to quit first as I was ahead and my opponent paused the game to forfeit. After the crash my last game counted as a loss and my rewards were decreased as well as my objective count which I did not deserve. Either my opponent was a cheater since I'm on PC or there was a problem with EA servers, both ways I'd like you to investigate and address the issue and correct my rewards and/or objectives as it's important for me. I've experienced a couple similar losses when the opponent forfeits while my club is winning. The game hangs after the message and when you get back, you see yourself having lost the match. This was exceptionally annoying when it happened during promotion games in clubs.
