As of the current two games of FC25 and FC26 there is not much to use to customise the goalkeeper kit fully and it is quite a dissatisfaction while at you can customise all of your other kits fully to a extent you can not customise the goalkeeper kit unless for it to have a plain colour like black and yellow. I am heavily on a side where you give assets to customise the goalkeeper kit fully.
