Hello EA Support,
I’m experiencing an issue with FC 26 on PC. The game crashes to the desktop randomly during matches only — it doesn’t happen in the menus or outside of gameplay. There’s no error message or warning; the game just closes suddenly.
My system meets all the necessary requirements, all drivers are up to date, and Windows is fully updated. I’ve also verified the integrity of the game files, and everything appears to be in order on my end.
Could you please help me resolve this issue? Let me know if you need any logs or system details.
