Voice Chat not working

Hey, my Voice Chat doesnt Work. Maybe it is because the Volume is turned All the Way down. Can someone Say where this Setting is, so i could try to Turn the Volume Up so it works? Because i tried to Turn it On Off, but didnt try to turn the Volume up/down because i dont find the setting
