Something needs to be done abt players who just run around with their cdms and sit back and ai defend.
Its crazy the track back speed of the players once they lose posession.
These guys r getting rewarded for basically not playing while defending and letting the ai do everything for them.

Double man pressing is the problem being it too assisted.
Running back with cdms this year wouldnt do much as there's much less cpu and the tackle radius is limited, as well as some animations still not functioning correctly
Imo simply buffing jockey and nerfing double man pressing should seal the deal
You are suffering cdms track back only cuz they select them and then use double man pressing, else if they only selected them, you would score quite easily but nah cuz double man pressing is totally assisted

Yea man i literally hate losing to these guys. They dont know how to attack. All they do is r1 Press for 90 mins and score counters. I literally have all the posession but cannot create chances because theres like 3-4 players around me when i have the ball. I cant really do anything abt this especially when the gameplay is so heavy in champs

It defies the manuality purpose when that is completely assisted and has little to no punishment, maybe make the cooldown last more or drain more stamina

People complain about defending because the second you cover a run or do anything manual with your backline, you're screwed.
It's not hard to defend, it's stupid how it works.

Only sweats are playing the game now as they continuously abuse the right stick. No casuals want to play this fidget spinner unless defending is fixed

It's horrendous how people don't bother tracking anything anymore, I am in the Elite division and people defend the same way no matter what and it's working because EA has this crap implemented in the game for w/e reason, you defend, you are mostly screwed.

Yea man i used to be in div 1 back in fifa 19-22. What helped me then was rs switching and anticipating passes. Now when i try this i get punished for it. i used certain skill moves to break defenses and create chances, but skill moves have been dead for 3 years now. Im stuck in div 5 now😭

I feel ya dude, it's just boring how there's literally no skill-gaps when it comes to defending, it's all about who has better switching to both CMs and better game responsiveness overall, I do some actual crazy commands for players to run or even player lock players into spaces and people would still not switch to their covering defender just because they know that specific defender will defend for them, it's so bad.

Skills helps, but... they're more punishing than fidget spinning, most blocks you into an animation so the moment you get read, bam, counter

Yea dude, pressing l1 to trigger runs sometimes either doesnt work or takes forever but by then youre already tackled by your opponents AI
