Input Error (Walking up randomly)

Okay so I don't know if anyone else has this problem but I encountered it today. I have set my game to 60hz, fullscreen and vsync on so that I can play and control my players atleast. But now in the games my players randomly run up for a second, even if I am already running to the right or any direction which makes me lose my pace and sometimes the ball. Same goes for passing, I press pass right and he passes it out of the stadium upwards.

And i can add that the delay for atleast me is crazy even tho im on 20 ms
