Hey EA Team,
I’ve been playing this game since FIFA 11, and honestly, I’m already getting tired of what’s happening this year. For the last three weeks, nothing has been done about the referees — and it’s getting ridiculous.
I’m often 16 meters through, completely clean, and somehow it still gets called offside.
It feels like I lose games because of the ref AI, not because of my mistakes.
How can it be that when my opponent does the exact same through ball, it’s fine — no offside, no problem — but when I do it, it’s instantly flagged offside?
What kind of referee logic is that?
My Bruno Fernandes is through. My Bruno Guimarães is through. The timing of the pass is perfect, yet somehow the game calls it offside every single time.
Last year it worked perfectly — the timing windows and the referee logic were actually balanced.
But this year? Completely broken.
👉 Please, in the next patch, fix the referee decision-making system. Make offsides more consistent and realistic again.
And secondly — goalkeeper movement.
Sometimes when I press the right stick to move my keeper, it feels like he just says “nah, not today” and doesn’t move at all.
It makes the game feel completely unfair — especially when the opponent scores from a situation where I did react properly.
Why can’t it be like in FIFA 19, FIFA 20, or even FIFA 21 — where keeper control with the right stick actually worked and responded properly?
Please fix this.
And one last thing — move away from AI-heavy gameplay. Let player skill decide matches again, not automated referee or keeper decisions.
