Not Connecting to Server

At least once a week I’m getting an error where I can’t log on to ultimate team. Restarted Xbox multiple times. Router multiple times.

Errors I get are:
You have lost your connection & Unable To Load Information from the server

It’s not with any other game & I’ve seen multiple people post about it for the last two weeks.

I haven’t had this be an issue ever.

Same I am having this same problem for the first time smb in the chat told me to clear cache and it’s gonna work idky it had to be a time when I’m trying to play with friends on clubs I’ve done everything I can

It’s so weird. 5+ hours now & it happens once a week

Last time I logged on the next day and it was fine.

Yea that is crazy I don’t think it be a full month for 26 and we are gonna me another patch I alr forgot how many patches we have so far

This is happening to me as well

I tried with a mobile hotspot. It worked

But other games I'm able to run it on my wifi and hard wired with no issues

On ps5

Weirdest part is being able to connect to the 25 servers

It’s either “You have lost your online connection” or “Unable to load information from the server.
Please try again later.”

Yeah I tried the mobile hotspot and it works

And a different game as well

Just a game thing. Dunno wtf they do with all these patches. Genuinely jarring how you spend 3 digits on a game and I'm able to get better servers on f2p games. What a joke

I had this issue on pc and I changed my DNS to the google one and I was able to connect

It's still happening for me but I was able to get into game by connecting to mobile hotspot then disconnected lan and connected it back

The mobile hot spot thing didn’t help me out yesterday. I’m hoping I can connect today when I get back home.
