I’ve been dealing with this for about 20 days now and still no solution.
In FC25, I bought 18,500 FC Points three times (total 55,600). When I moved to FC26, the game asked if I wanted to transfer them — I selected “Yes”.
But only 100 FC Points were transferred, and those 100 were already on my account before the transfer. The remaining 55,500 FC Points are still stuck in FC25. This is not my fault, its a technical issue.
I’ve contacted EA support several times but nothing has been fixed yet. I just want my full points transferred properly.
If anyone from EA or anyone who faced the same issue sees this, please help or share any advice 🙏
