Inconsistent Gameplay

I guess it’s skill issue but hear me out. I am not that good but I touched a 1000 sr in ladder. I was cruising through rivals 2 wins away from elite division . The last 2 days idek what’s happening with the servers/gameplay. I am relegated to division 2 now. I play on 30 ms but I struggle to understand why are players moving so slow. Maybe switching maybe something else but I still can’t understand. Maybe I am not good enough at this game. But one thing I can say for sure is that it feels just like fc 25 again based on the gameplay I’m getting. Did you guys fix offline delay? Why do I get different gameplay on different psn accounts, that also at the same time? Why does every time a patch arrive game quality keeps worsening? Lemme know what others feel. Cause I feel I’m genuinely washed at fifa and finally might just stop playing/sweating. There’s no point if the servers itself keep rigging you. Can you guys throw some transparency on this? Why are there not a lot of data centres across the globe? Also do yall read discord feedback? lol
