I bought EA FC 26 for entertainment, but what I’ve experienced feels more like punishment. The gameplay is horrendous and frustrating, especially when it matters most.
Touch mechanics are overly dramatic. Every control feels exaggerated, like players are skating on ice.
Defenders swarm unrealistically, making attacking feel like a chore rather than a challenge.
Passing logic is broken — passes go backward to covered defenders even when I'm clearly aiming forward or horizontally.
Player switching is unreliable — it’s not instantaneous and often switches to unintended players, breaking defensive structure and costing goals.
Camera settings are broken — no matter what I choose, half the pitch is obscured, making it hard to track runs or position players.
Promotion matches feel scripted. The game behaves as if it's trolling me — sudden sluggishness, bizarre AI decisions, and if I back out mid-match, I’m forced to play an extra game. It’s like being trapped in a loop.
Perfect chemistry (33/33) doesn’t help. In fact, it seems to trigger handicaps — early injuries to key players, slow-motion responsiveness in the box, and a general sense that the game is working against me.
This isn’t what was promised. EA said gameplay would be better, more responsive, more realistic. Instead, it feels like a step backward — or worse, like deliberate sabotage.
I’m not here to be trolled. I’m here to enjoy football. Please fix this.
