After playing the first FUT Champs this weekend and seeing the general community feedback, it is clear that the matchmaking algorithm has been changed in FC26 to make it more random and/or less strictly matched by skill or win potential. Players who are in elite or high divisions with higher skill, found it significantly easier to win games. While players in lower divisions struggled to get even 2-3 games. Previously in FC25, matchmaking will take into consideration the wins/losses within the champs and match with a similar skilled player.
Please bring back a better matchmaking algorithm. It's no fun for higher skilled players to get easy wins and many lower skilled players will just leave the game after they lose 5-6 matches in a row.
