After a significant time invested in FC 26, I have decided to uninstall the game. A competitive video game should prioritize fairness and an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, the current state of FC 26 is severely undermined by numerous exploitable mechanics and inconsistent gameplay, making it neither fair nor fun.

The competitive integrity of the game is compromised by a long list of issues, including:

Exploitable Gimmicks: The presence of 'kick-off glitches,' 'OP' (overpowered) dribbling, and broken defensive logic encourages the abuse of mechanics over genuine skill.

Set Piece Imbalance: Corner kicks are unrealistic and unbalanced, with players who have low shooting stats scoring with excessive frequency, suggesting a systemic flaw rather than a random event.

AI and Positional Issues: Player positioning is consistently poor, coupled with illogical or "stupid" attacking runs that disrupt the flow of play and player control.

Inconsistent Gameplay: The overall experience is marred by inconsistency, leaving players to battle the game's mechanics as much as their opponent.

The prevalence of videos detailing how to "abuse mechanics" on platforms like YouTube further indicates that the game has strayed from simulating genuine football.

For me, the current issues have made the game a source of frustration rather than entertainment. While I anticipate the typical defense of a "skill gap," I feel the current design forces players to engage in unfun and non-football behaviors simply to compete. I have chosen to step away and dedicate my time to more positive and rewarding pursuits.
