this game on pc is really bad,I was plying a couple of hours ago on 60 fps,everything smooth,now im trying to play again and my game is locked at like 7 fps,anybody got a fix?

Dear EA Team,
I’m really disappointed with how the game has turned out. You said there would be improvements, but after several updates, the gameplay feels even worse. On top of that, you blocked my transfer market for something I’m not responsible for — my account was hacked.
I’m playing in Division 7, and it’s unbelievable to face such overpowered teams. The sprint and pace mechanics feel completely unbalanced — my players have 89 pace, yet they move like they have 50. The gameplay speed and responsiveness are just not fair.
Please review my account and the current state of gameplay. It’s becoming really frustrating to play under these conditions.

ill tell u the steps i did:open nvidia app and go to library,go on fifa and drag the optimization arrow all the way to low
open fc26
start a game and open settings
(here i turned off motion blur from automatic to off but idk if it matters)
now go on the option where u change resolution and stuff
and from there i started doing 60 fps again
