I don't know if this is a bug or what, but my squad is full of unhappy players I can't get rid of (didn't even know they were unhappy because the game just doesn't tell you!), and the assistant is now 'negotiating' their transfers. Nothing ever happens with it though, and all the offers just get withdrawn.
Two issues here I think need looked into - the messages not getting through properly and the assistant handling the transfers should be fixed, if not removed completely in the latter case.
