The official fix has arrived. Now I can control people. Instead, it does everything with complete delay. Disaster.. Back to 30 FPS lock..
The 3 FPS error occurs in every other game at halftime after the patch. I have to forfeit because I can't play like this, so I lose the match and I got the penalty. Ridiculous.

It could be good, BUT!!!
In many matches, the FPS drops drastically at halftime (down to a constant 3–7 FPS) and stays that way. In UT player-vs-player modes, the controller also often becomes completely unresponsive. Both issues technically have workarounds, but they exclude each other: fixing the FPS drop requires enabling V-Sync, while fixing the controller issue requires a 30 FPS lock — and you can’t use both at the same time. Unfortunately, there’s still no official fix. On top of that, animations are often laggy, and sometimes the game resets changed settings.
