Dear Ea, for several years, all the players from Romania/Bulgaria/Serbia/Moldova/Turkey are struggling to get a match below 36 MS on Rivals/Champs. This aspect makes the game unjoyable for all those players because it is causing significant delay in response/gameplay responsiveness. Our main contact server is Varsovia and/or Frankfurt whenever is not FULL.We are tired to feel that the Western European countries have an advantage just because of the connection point of view. P.S Romania is mainly developing the gameplay and working on EA titles. Crazy that we did not have any servar here.

I totally agree. Even if they said they fixed connection issues ever since standard edition was released it is a pain to play anywhere. Used to play between 26-32 ms before standard, now I play between 40-56ms. It was supposed to be better this edition. It simply isn't. The difference of left stick movement of the player before standard and after standard release is huge.

I completely agree with this statement. Players from Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Moldova, and Turkey have been facing this issue for years, and it truly affects the overall gameplay experience. The constant high ping and lack of nearby servers create an unfair disadvantage compared to players in Western Europe, who enjoy smoother and more responsive matches. It is frustrating that countries which are actively involved in EA’s player base and development still do not have dedicated servers in the region. Adding servers here would not only improve fairness and competitiveness, but also greatly enhance the enjoyment of the game for thousands of loyal players.

Totally agree with this. Players from Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Moldova, and Turkey have been dealing with this issue for years, and it seriously impacts the gameplay experience. It’s frustrating to see Western European players benefit from lower ping while we’re stuck with higher latency and delayed responses. EA really needs to consider adding regional servers to level the playing field.

yes it is very true, the connection is very very bad in Romania .... last year I played on 20-25 ms now I play on 40-45 ms, I hope from year to year that the connection will be better but unfortunately from year to year the connection is worse and worse ...
when I enter the match on rivals I have to wait half an hour to be able to find ms under 45 ... on WL it is even worse ...

I 100% agree with everything said above. It’s unbelievable that in 2025, players from Eastern Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Moldova, Turkey, etc.) are still forced to play on servers in Warsaw or Frankfurt and deal with such huge latency gaps compared to Western Europe. We’re talking about entire countries full of dedicated players being at a constant disadvantage simply because of geography and EA’s lack of investment in local infrastructure.

The fact that we’re consistently at 40–50 ms+ while Western EU players enjoy sub-20 ms connections makes every match feel unbalanced before it even starts. This directly impacts responsiveness, gameplay fluidity, and competitiveness on Rivals and Champs. It’s especially frustrating because Eastern Europe represents a massive portion of the FIFA/FC community and yet it feels completely overlooked.

Adding servers in this region isn’t just about fixing latency—it’s about fairness, player experience, and respecting a loyal player base that’s been supporting the franchise for decades. EA should finally address this long-standing issue and bring proper server coverage to Eastern Europe.

I totally agree. Even if they said they fixed connection issues ever since standard edition was released it is a pain to play anywhere. Used to play between 32-38 ms before standard, now I play between 40-60ms. It was supposed to be better this edition. It simply isn't. The difference of left stick movement of the player before standard and after standard release is huge and this creates a huge difference, its crazy ea has buildings în romania but not a server for the players

Totally agree with this. Players from Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Moldova. Bad connection and affect our game experience!

I completely agree with all the comments above. The lack of FC 26 servers in Eastern Europe is ruining the experience. Playing on 40–50ms against opponents with under 20ms is never fair and makes matches frustrating. This issue needs urgent attention. Regional servers would finally make gameplay balanced and enjoyable for all of us.

Every time I have latency over 40 ms, which makes the online experience almost unplayable at a fair level,
My internet connection works flawlessly in other applications and online games, which proves the problem lies with EA Sports servers. This has been happening for far too long and it severely damages the experience I paid for.
Frankly, this level of service is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I should not have to tolerate such poor quality. I demand that EA takes this issue seriously and provides a concrete fix instead of generic responses

Many players, including myself, are forced to connect to distant servers, causing unnecessary latency. EA should provide better regional server coverage to ensure fair gameplay worldwide.

Despite having the fastest internet connection available in Romania, my gameplay experience in EAFC 26 is constantly ruined by poor server performance. Whenever latency goes above 40 ms, the game becomes practically unplayable in a fair and competitive way.

The online experience on EAFC 26 servers in Eastern Europe is extremely disappointing. Even with a ping showing below 36ms, the actual gameplay feels like it’s over 50ms, creating huge delays. Inputs from the controller are not registered properly, making skill moves nearly impossible to perform. Every action feels delayed, and the game becomes frustrating rather than enjoyable. Competitive matches are completely unplayable under these conditions. The servers clearly don’t provide a fair or responsive experience, and this needs urgent improvement. At the moment, the gameplay quality is unacceptable for players in this region.

Currently, players from countries such as Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary, and others must connect to servers located much farther away, which results in higher latency, lag, and an overall less enjoyable experience. This not only impacts competitive play but also discourages new players from fully engaging with your titles.

Eastern Europe has a rapidly growing gaming community and strong esports potential. By investing in servers here, EA can strengthen its player base, boost engagement, and expand its presence in a region with great long-term promise.

Button inputs feel delayed and unresponsive. My commands take a fraction of a second too long to register, giving an unfair advantage to opponents. This input lag destroys the flow of the game and must be addressed immediately.

It was nice playing 1 week before the standard release, here in eastern europe. We played on 24-26 MS and it was fairly decent. Since the standard release I can't play any competitive (gauntlet, other tournaments, rivals) because my players are basically skating on the field. Please think of the first Champions where EVERYONE will join, that's also something we will not enjoy at all playing. It's a shame we can't use all the new features because we get more frustrated than ever. Having new content and not being able to play it. Currently, we sit at 40ms in any competitive que. Unplayable. We're forced to switch to Squad battles or Career in order to enjoy the game.. given the fact that we are struggling for YEARS to get a new server, EA didn't do anything to help us. Streamers and managers were loud about it for some time now but with no luck.. WE NEED A SERVER IN ROMANIA/BULGARIA which should be enough to cover all eastern europe countries.

Dear EA Team,

We are a large and growing community of EA FC players from Eastern Europe, and we would like to kindly request the addition of dedicated servers in our region. Currently, our average ping is around 40–50 ms, which still negatively impacts gameplay experience, especially in competitive modes such as Ultimate Team and Pro Clubs.

Having servers located closer to Eastern Europe would significantly reduce latency (potentially to 20–30 ms or better) and create a fairer, smoother, and more enjoyable gaming experience for players in countries such as Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece, Hungary, and others in the region.

EA FC is extremely popular here, and we believe adding servers in Eastern Europe would not only improve player satisfaction but also encourage more people to play and invest in the game.

Thank you for considering this request. We truly hope you will take into account the needs of the Eastern European community for a better and more competitive online experience.
