I've got this issue since today with a message:
,,The video card has been physically removed from the system, or a driver upgrade for the card has occured'' there's also some file path which leads to dx12. Are there any fixes besides launching the game on dx11?

i think i had this one but fixed by getting the newest driver for my gpu

only in 1 specific community shield cutscene in manager live career, gotta check it in rivals
