This has been in the game since release in all UT modes. Around 2 out of 5 games I can’t access Team Management, as soon as I click it, I get sent back to the menu. That means I can’t make subs or change formation, which is a huge problem if I get a red card (like losing a CB). Just lost my 3–0 Gauntlet run because of it.
