I am facing a serious issue with my old EA Sports FC (FIFA) account. The gameplay on this account feels very heavy and delayed, with players being sluggish and unresponsive.
This problem only started happening after some time using the account. I have already tried everything possible:
Deleted and reinstalled the game
Cleared cache and saved data
Restored default settings
But nothing worked, and the gameplay is still heavy.

Unfortunately this is normal and "expected" during peak hours. EA needs better servers and better netcode, as well as more servers so fewer people are stuck on 50+ ping, in order to solve the issue. Until they do that (if they ever do, which I wouldn't hold my breath for as this has been a problem for a decade at this point), your only option is to try and play only early in the morning or late at night. Any other time, and the gameplay is heavy and delayed and you barely stand a chance.

What’s going on with west coast NA PS5 servers? I have 400mbps internet connection and connected via Ethernet cable and every single online game I play I get 30-45 second periods of 200ms connection when the rest of the game is 12-20ms. None of my other devices experience this and it has only been on FC26. I’ve never had this while playing with the Ethernet cable. And I’m playing at 830pm-1030pm Cali time.
