Rush is in desperate need of divisions like Rivals. without it we will continue to play with absolute noobs and bots and AFKers who dont care about winning or losing.

For sure this. At minimum let me provide teammate feedback so I can say if someone sat AFK the whole match/sabotaged/ballhog, etc. Then they can go play with other people like them and be miserable together instead of people who want to play football
