PC gameplay slow and buggy

Ever since the last patch the gameplay on pc is unplayable. Players are turning very slowly and feel like bronze cards . whenever the camera moves up and down in the pitch the gameplay freezes for a few frames. Input lag is at its highest and overall the gameplay has slowed and feels awful
