Last year when there were ping spikes, the game would pause for a second and then fast forward to present time to make up for the paused time, this year the game doesn’t pause, instead it keeps going and the input will be delayed for the ping spike duration and will only be executed after the ping is okay again, this cause delays in passes, shots and significantly affects gameplay. Kindly find a way to work around it.
