RTX 3050ti with 16 ram and i7 processor and game still lags and shutters

Game is unplayable i tried the lowest graphic in game and from GPU but no luck. i mostly play clubs and i pre order and game and haven't played more than 20 games. it works smoothly in practice area but once i jump in drop ins or league game it starts lagging from the starts. if anyone having same issues and found the solution please let me know🤷
