Slow down the speed in the games.
Make it pass the ball and look for spaces serves.
Solve the defense. All games end with more than 6 or 8 goals at least. They look like tennis matches

You're not alone. The game is highly skewed for attackers and defending has been severely nerfed.
Any players who are saying game is fair are only saying it because they get to finally win while they kept losing in fc 25.
I expect ea to fix it soon though so you can probably take a break for a month and come back when defending is fixed. No matter what you decide, don't let the game get to you just because the defending is broken.
Attacking and defending are equal parts of football and the current game just rewards attacking endlessly by abusing skills and left stick.
