crashing in pc

so i have bought the ultimate edition and i still havent played a single game in ea fc 26 its insanenly furstrating and i still havent seen a single update from ea i have post in forums in twitter i have dmed in twitter and 0 answers i hope i could get an answer here in what ever mode i try to play my game crashes after 2 3 mins i even format my entire pc to make sure it wasnt my fault i tried every troubleshoot tip from ea and still nothing plz help me i cant play the game

I had this problem and I had to delete the game and redownload to fix it

Same only game mode that works is rush everything else crashes
