Most things locked in companion app

I played a few hours of the trial and then bought a physical copy, I am on Xbox. When I try and use the app it logs me in but all the sections like sbc, transfer and eco say feature disabled. It’s frustrating because I can’t trade or do sbc’s unless on console or do the evos that require the app.
