Clubs season pass XP & match rating problem

i think earning season xp needs a buff we hardly get any and losing match rating for not touching the ball for a while is annoying, dominating a game and as a defender not having to do anything but match rating plummets, should just sit where it is, mix that with delay and trying to call for a pass from A.I. and they choose to turn away from you or mistiming a tackle (due to delay) and losing match rating is a bit stupid
