Transfer market limited??

I completed the objectives for transfer market about 5 or 6 days ago, i have the standard edition and yesterday it was working fine, then suddenly whenever i wanna sell a player it says u reached the limit of bid/buy actions come after 24 hours, now it been more than 24 hours and it says the same thing, whats more confusing i can buy players normally with no limit but i cant sell like what???
