PC huge (input) delay

So I pre ordered the ultimate edition. I've been playing since the 20th. First I had no issues but it started 3 days ago. I've been having horrible delays whenever I play at more than 60 fps. It's unplayable!! Anyone else having this? And ea please fix it.

Having the same issue. 30fps runs like 30fps, but 60 and higher I notice input delay, half a second maybe?

god damn, i thought i was only tired... but yes i have this too... :x

i play on 165 fps and can count seconds how long it need to react. my ps5 gamepad is connected with the usb-c cable to the pc. so it can't be the bluetooth connection.

@red elk @heavy rock i also thought I was the only one. Thank god it isn't because I was about to reset my PC Incase that was the issue but it isn't

Then i uninstalled the game and installed it again

That worked for me

Also you need to change some stuff in your nvidia settings

I think it isn't discord, game overlay is also turned off Incase that caused issues

Yea

You make lots of precise movements and those are the ones you can't time because of the delay

Defending is hard that way also changing direction and turning in an attack is almost not possible

i found the fix

This is working for me, try it and see if it works for you. As soon as you get into the game, go straight to the settings in the main menu, then toggle V-Sync on and off in the display tab. That's how it's been working for me so far - I tested it like 3 times and it worked. Sometimes the first match might still lag; when that happens, I just quit and go back to the menu, then start another match and it runs fine. To prevent FPS drops in important games, I even made a Career Mode save just for this. I go into the game, toggle V-Sync on and off, load into that random Career Mode match, and if the FPS doesn't drop, it's good to go. If it does drop, I just quit and the next match will run normally.

This is not a wide scale issue so dunno why it's in bugs, when you go over 60fps you get input delay? Sounds like a hardware issue , I play at 300 fps on PC and dont get any delay, I only experience button delay some times if the latency/ping isn't stable in a match

You have a high pc so you don’t experience the same problems The majority of people don’t have high end pc but were able to run FC 25 are now having problems with FC 26 which is st*pod considering they apparently have the same requirements

Yea exactly.. crazy how it worked "fine" since like 10 hr ago and now im conplete mud again.. slow motion gameplay even on kick off or squad battles and crazy input delay that makes my controller totally useless in rivals/online that's a diabolical 1st release by ea
