In the last 2 months now. When I have played the Battlefield 6 Beta and FC 26. My console (Xbox Series X) will randomly shut down and turn off my console. I’ve seen other players on Reddit and on the forums with the same issue on Xbox Series X, PS5 and PC. It’s only EA games when I’ve played other games, my console has completely fine.
I’ve tried clearing caches, factory reset consoles and this situation has still occurred every time.
An update or fix to the situation would be appreciated and taken on body. I understand it’s not an easy fix but it’s disappointing not being able to play a game I enjoy with repercussions out of my control.
