I had the same in fc25 but its working rn and its only on online. When I play for example Sb its working perfect but when I start Division Rivals the first 7(in game minutes) are good but after its like 2sec input lag.

change settings to broderless window + unlimited fps + turn vsync off + all medium graphics. It's 100% on settings, this game hasn't been optimized on pc for years
