Have you had a problem with FC 26 where after downloading and entering a match, everything freezes at 20 fps practically all the time, but sometimes when I turn it off and on it runs smoothly? Can you help me solve the problem?

idk i’ve been trying to dive deeper into it and i figured that fc 25 pc also has been the same and bad and they can’t figure to fix it

i played fifa 23 tho perfectly fine

and now every time i play fc 26 my gameplay is so choppy and feels like im playing on a ps4
