When you start a original Career or Live Career using Live Start Points, the bench only has 7 players instead of 9.
Also, when starting with Live Start Points in the new Live Career Mode, the manager starts bugged: the appearance, name, and outfit are all reset or desconfigured.
However, if you start a Original Career or Live Career Mode without Live Start Points (like starting a regular season from the beginning), everything works fine:
• The bench has the correct 9 substitutes.
• The manager’s appearance, name, and outfit load correctly.
