Early access tournament bug

I won the early access tournament but i didn’t received the player and the qualification. Does anyone have the same problem?

I can’t even start a game on this cup now. Says “error creating match” or something. Seems a lot of people having the same problem. Basically if you started a game before the refresh at 6pm and then the game finished after 6pm and the refresh, it will break everything.

the problem is if i have to win the tournament 4 times to get the objective done
