I purchased FC 26 ultimate edition, and have not yet to receive my icon pack, bonus packs, season pass and or my fc points

Any help or ideas why?

I have the same problem, and i don’t know anything about it. I preordered the game at 25.08 and yet still nothing

I got my rewards and season pass!! If purchased on steam look in your game library for FC 26 then look next to play now and there was a “claim ultimate rewards” next to play now. Hope this helps some 🙂
