Stuck on Black screen (Don't know a fix)

I load into fc25 and press any button to get in, it then loads me into online services and then starts to load, after 30 or so seconds I get stuck on a black screen with the text "This game includes optional in-game purchases of virtual currency that can be used to acquire virtual in game items," Has anyone had this problem and knows a fix?!?!?!?
