The accuracy/evasion modifiers behave like actual additional dmg and are flat mods with no damage ranges.They do not get boosted by gm points or points on K menu.However soul badge and gm effect modifiers that are stated also as additional damage do get buffed from points on K and gm points.Therefore they are actual attack power modifiers and are not treated as a flat additional damage mod.The wording on those should be different to properly represent this.

If it was actual additional dmg on the badge modifier a person with 2000 ap would do 4000 dmg on hit.However that is not the case.This is my 200% dmg mod on soul badge with 2160 attack power.Gm effect boost 160.8% and K boost 37.5%.

This is my 6108 acc 7% acc modifier which does behave like additional dmg and gets no boosts from gm points or K points.

reading this was very confusing
should show all damage logs so one can compare base damage + additional damage

somewhat related, mantras use Additional Damage instead of additional damage to signify that they are a different category of (non)scaling
