cause of it being 12 sec uptime with 12 sec cd, technically being perma but sometimes you want a small room of error to have 100% erosion uptime. so spinny slash over gm 30 might jst end up being better. 4 builds have additional 5 sec when 4 hits so that build will always have extra room to work with.
