Destroyer emberstomp missing focus recovery

Hi, I recently bought the purple tier of the emberstomp skill because it says that it recovers +20 focus while standing in the area.
This does not actually happen in game, and it leads to me running out of focus
Please fix purple emberstomp to correctly recover focus

Every time that "Defense" stack refreshes, I should be gaining +20 focus, but instead, I get +0 making the skill kind of useless in the glitched state
