can we get more information regarding this issue? Are the audios missing in the cutscenes? or you have no audio when you're recording?

Hello .In the video there is sound from the environment but not the voices of the characters in the videos, they are mute
I realized this with the warlock leveling , i play in (( french )) version.

Hello, we weren't to able to replicate this issue on our end. The character and npc voices are working fine (tho some npc aren't voiced). Cutscenes has no issues as well. Have you also checked your audio volume? Will you be able to send a video as well? So we can investigate this issue thoroughly.

Well for me checked this I will have to level up in character again, I just reported an observation with the videos of the story which starts at a certain moment of the leveling. But if for you everything is fine using the French version it is because the packs (BNS=>Content=>Local=>ZNCS=>French=>Paks) have once again been modified with the last update of Wednesday. if the problem is perhaps resolved.
Have you also checked your audio volume? => There is no specific volume between the environment in a video and the voices of the characters in the video.
